Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–10 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete, and another email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Because we work with global suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update.
If you have not received your tracking number within 10 business days, please contact us at support@sportswearline.com.
Multiple Shipments
Since we ship directly from various suppliers, items in your order may arrive separately.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize there’s an error, contact us immediately at support@sportswearline.com — we will do our best to update it before the order is processed.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within 45 business days, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and, if confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country’s customs office.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@sportswearline.com with your order number.
