Return & Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are not allowed except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or missing parts.

If you receive a defective item, we will process a full refund or provide a replacement after reviewing the issue. To report a defective product, please contact us at support@sportswearline.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is verified as a product defect, we will issue a full refund or replacement.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (beauty items).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Your item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds (Defective Items Only)

Refunds are only processed for defective or damaged products.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
